Mr "Philosopher": Driving under the influence of alcohol is a crime in almost all countries of the world and in some countries gets you in jail. Possibly, the government of these countries did not "consult" you for your "philosophical advice" before they imposed the laws. What a big mistake!
One can understand very well why you would want her as a neighbour. While she would be drunk, I guess you could have your own way with her. Just guessing!
