Mr. Manu as for leave salary concern that you have signed an labor agreement that 30 days per year which facilitates that you will be entitled 30 days at end of your anniversary.
It is matter of concern whether you applied emergency vacation Leave with pay (LWP) or Leave without pay (LWOP). If its LWP the leave salary had supposed to be paid/transferred to your bank account.
If its LWOP the leave salary will be accumulated and it would be paid when an employee go on vacation or end of tenure.
But in case of employment terminates under Articles 61 the final settlement includes accumulated leave salary, gratuity and notice pay will not be paid.
Recommending you kindly go through your manager/superior in your company and get the payment whatsoever money if they wish to paid.
