There is nothing mentioned in my contract as such for forced vacation and my contract is for indefinite period. I have been working for them since 5 years.
Due to job market instability, they are forcing some staff for longer vacations.
Due to higher cost of living in Qatar, specially Housing Rent, which needs to be paid on time to landlord, in addition to other expenses here, In light of Qatar labor law, can we ask for compensation to the employer, without spoiling relations with them and also not risking loosing job.
