buddy, i dont own the mazda 6; but i will just tell you this...even my dreams are about cars...i've driven all three generations of the mazda 6 and it is absolutely the best mid-size sedan you can get right now at that price point...the only reason I don't have a 6 is that it doesn't come with a V6 engine, which is the minimum I need in a car. The camry, accord, optima and altima are soul-less and boring compared to the smile you will have in the 6. The parts and maintenance are slightly (SLIGHTLY) pricier than its rivals but all new cars have great warranties nowadays so it shouldn't even be a consideration...you care for the car it'll care for you...I'd imagine even the CX-5 should be the same, but I don't know much because I don't like SUVs or mini-SUVS or whatever...but yes, do not let these small considerations take you to the Toyota or Honda showroom instead. Just give Mazda your money and enjoy what you get in return. You'll thank yourself every time you drive it. Best of luck.
