maybe it is time for this road to be renamed as it doesn't serve its purpose as expressway. 3-lanes road only and they called it expressway? and the c-ring road now is becoming 4-lanes, what will the categorization for that? super-expressway? :) ....asghal engineers maybe drunk when they suggest it. :P
