I bought iPhone 6 plus, it did not have sim card, and i think no legal phone in qatar should have sim card, unless bought as a package from Ooredoo or Vodafone. I may suggest, go back to seller and demand refund and buy phone from popular sellers like Jarir, Lulu etc.
