I pulled up this thread researching requirements for a Family Visit Visa. Thanks for all the information. However, now I have a concern regarding attestation/authentication of documents. All my documents (university degrees, son's birth certificate, marriage certificate) have been authenticated by the required U.S. authorities and then by the required UAE authorities for my employment in the UAE. Now that I am relocating to Doha for work, is it enough just to bring my authenticated documents with me to Doha and submit them to the MOFA for the Qatari chain of authentication (which is what I've been told by he Embassy of Qatar in Abu Dhabi) , or must I send all these documents back to the U.S. to receive authentication stamps from the Embassy of Qatar in the U.S.?
