I dont really know much about these things.. but when I feel down I do sports... meet my friends or new people... i watch comedies...

take some vacation if you can.... just for yourself.. not for anyone else.. if you can not take vacation try to do things that make you happy... you can also try to learn meditation... you need to fill your life with joy and positive emotions...

Music and movies can help too... also you seem to think low about yourself.. so you need to boost your self esteem.. why don't you do some martial arts ? that can really help you.. if interested I can recommend you a place. Physical activity always helps because when you are exhausted all your needs become basic and you appreciate even little things

You are not a looser.... i think all people once in a while feel depressed... it is all about how you cope with it... you need to keep your thoughts positive.. and do physical exercises..... it helps a bit to be self sustainable.

Good luck.. main thing don't let yourself feel down.. if everything fails...watch a comedy that would make you laugh... some people also find peace in prayers.. so it all depends what works for you... but sports is difinitely a must.. hobby is good too.. especially the one that require socializing... take dance lessons for instance :-)
