hy guys if depression is treatable why doctors answer me that your cause is not treatable i am at treatment in doha from 12 years i spend lot of money on treatment but no relief its my bad luck any one facing same depression i mean long term depression please answer me what is my problems solution with medicens its not possible any natural way to get rid of depression and ocd please any one guide me during 12 years of fighting with depression i lose my job as well as my heath i am big looser sorry to make you up set but this is reality any one know herbal medicines ............................................so help me

I dont really know much about these things.. but when I feel down I do sports... meet my friends or new people... i watch comedies...
take some vacation if you can.... just for yourself.. not for anyone else.. if you can not take vacation try to do things that make you happy... you can also try to learn meditation... you need to fill your life with joy and positive emotions...
Music and movies can help too... also you seem to think low about yourself.. so you need to boost your self esteem.. why don't you do some martial arts ? that can really help you.. if interested I can recommend you a place. Physical activity always helps because when you are exhausted all your needs become basic and you appreciate even little things
You are not a looser.... i think all people once in a while feel depressed... it is all about how you cope with it... you need to keep your thoughts positive.. and do physical exercises..... it helps a bit to be self sustainable.
Good luck.. main thing don't let yourself feel down.. if everything fails...watch a comedy that would make you laugh... some people also find peace in prayers.. so it all depends what works for you... but sports is difinitely a must.. hobby is good too.. especially the one that require socializing... take dance lessons for instance :-)
