this is a scam alert about al-fardan contract give to us. how it's a scam you say will here we go: under customer liabilities it says that there is a 1 month time limit to service your vehicle or 1,500 km from the given mileage limit. This is a scam handed to us in broad light, since the Land rover terms and conditions in their official international website states under term #4 that the vehicle service is controlled by the mileage stated in the service book. On top of that the vehicle that for example passes the 15,000 km mark has to be serviced anyway so you take it to the service center regardless to whether you are on the time limit or not. BUT if the vehicle didn't get to the 15,000 km mark and you got to the time limit they set, it means they don't have to change X or Y on the vehicle which save this money. this just shows you how much they are trying to use us, and how much they are trying to suck every penny from us. more over my vehicle had a brake system recall that they didn't even bother calling me for and they did it in this service. this is just taking it to the next level of customer abuse. I will do everything in my power to put the word out and show everybody this scam of a company they call them self high-end hahaha....
