Thanks to all that replied. I just filed a complain at Land Rover middle east and Guess what they said hahahahaha.... They were like "we will sort out the warranty situation and contact Al-Fardan office about the unethical way they treated you, but we have no control over the service pack given by the dealership "WTF!!!! so the service manger actually lied about the service pack being control via Land Rover". so they requested the VIN and the owner's full name, and I'm just waiting for Al-Fardans reply to this "which from what I see now are lies upon lies. I'll keep you all updated on this, because this is not the first time I have this experience with them. They gave me a 2 week appointment for the first service for my ducati monster 696, and on the second one they lost my key and called me later to tell me to come over and check if the key was mine, on top of that they screwed my rear brake which I brought it there for in the first place "they over filled the system with brake fluid which created bake pressure in the system which then "thank god I'm a mechanic" had to take the master cylinder apart redo the seals and re-bleed the system again. this is just taking it to the other level with a customer, and I'll make them pay for it for sure.
