Over a year back my daughter's car was bumped in a similar way but the insurance company of the other party repaired the total damages and she did not pay a single Riyal. This included replacement of tail lights with brand new ones which were totally smashed.Try talking to someone in some insurance company and he may be able to guide you better on the rules and regulations governing such cases.
