I would say it is exaggeration to tell every child born as atheist as atheism in heart is impossible. The concept of GOD will exist in hearts regardless of your knowledge/surrounding/parental advice.

We least bother about the enemies live outside our body.. The biggest enemy of all us lives inside us.. our own "nafs" ( evil side) and desires which makes us egoistic, impatient, dishonest, liar, namesaking moron etc.. hence for the same reason even in battles we don't forget the enemy living inside us..
However RIP.. thank you for letting us know about Russia but we least bother about enemies living outside our body.
