Is this an upgrade? I checked out that monitor and I like the side bezels. They're thinner than mine. Is this available in Doha?

And does any of you happen to know any paint shop here in Doha that can paint the inside of my case. Somebody that can do a decent result? This include removing and re-attaching of rivets after painting. *wishful thinking*
