u can apply for a savings account in qnb which can be linked to paypal, Also all the address information will be given to you by aramex, All you need to do is copy paste that info to amazon.. one more thing i hope you know that amazon does not accept paypal, Why dont you buy from ebay ? they dont offer repacking but the items will be cheaper, but imo the total will end up being the pretty much same, so doesnt matter.
