Well, it's had some bumps in the road. I think the consensus seems to be that it is getting better with a new Dean. There does seem to still be an issue of "locally" hired vs. seconded from Houston in terms of pay and benefits. And there are always the problems with schools if you have kids. Check with the Houston folks, see if they will show you a contract and read Dave's ESL Cafe. Don't give up a good job for this but if you wan to come and have fun for a year or two ...
