A truly tragic incident, and very painful to even ponder upon. How many more kids will would have to perish in this manner before people seriously started taking precautions and being extra vigilant? I can imagine the parents must feel awful now, lamenting their loss.. A loss that their own hands have earned sadly due to their negligence!
