The insurance system in Qatar is being abused... everyone benefits from it except for companies paying for it... the patient gets medicines, the doctor get sales bonuses from vendors, the pharmacies enjoy increased sales, the insuarers can hike up their premiums, the hospitals get boost from pharmacy sales too and the one who pays is companies but because there is non proper financial control they dont care either. This is very unfortunate... although health services abuse happen in other countries too.... just not to the same extent.
