We request you to provide us with your name and number on which the booking was accepted in order to investigate your concern. Also to ensure all vehicles reach customers on time we request all customer to provide the complete pick up address to avoid any inconvenience.
Process deviations are actioned with strict disciplinary action. We have also notified our Service delivery teams about the lack of “Customer Care” to our passengers. We, as a company do believe in exemplary service levels and we shall strive to give you the same.
