I was quite ahead of the pack in my career back home, not some no gooder who couldn't cut the mustard and is thankful to be in Qatar. I offer my services and get paid in return. It is a simple business transaction, no emotions and no thankfulness. Just simple politeness which comes part and parcel of any business transaction.
I called it a dump because it can never be my permanent place, so I dont see myself in long-term view, and therefore do not want to shell out too much for buying a shiny new car here. Other reasons for calling it a dump (seriously do you want me to point them out?) The QL and rest of internet is full of it, as a start why someone born here and lived for over 5 years does not become citizen?
