This is bullcrap...you should make a complaint and take down those staff members name...if they dont know how to serve customers then they should not work in such places. I've never heard of PAYING for these ketchup sachets...heck i get so much i have to throw them out. If you know your right they cant mess with you.

Also when you order a snack box you can CHOOSE which two pieces you want not what sheeet they give you...i made a issue out of it once with the staff when he was like no we cant do that, I was like what do you mean you cant...the sign board says two pieces of chicken I dont like to eat WINGS and YOU cant tell me what to eat. He shut up and gave me what i want.
