Well, going back to the original post.
I think Qatar is quite a unique place. A lot of different people in one , rather small space. Of course there will be complaints if people of vastly different origin,mentality and culture/habit are crammed together.

Then you have occurrences that are difficult to accept, from a humanitarian point of view, by some . And there are some etc's which I won't go into.
I'd say unless you decide for yourself to completely disregard that which you can't agree with, only then you can be happy here.
Which is the same in almost every place, a bit more so in Qatar maybe.
