its not the problem with the Indian consulate.... I dono if ur anaware but there are many companies, specially in sharjah who dont pay salaries and crook them in false cases... the court cases goes on for years and years without any solution. in some companies, there are different depts and lawyers setup only to deal with these cases. The law is not strong enough compared to dubai. I think most of the labour related cases which are unsoved are mostly in sharjah...... Dubai has a strong law and whatever the reason is, I think Indian consulate may have told them to just leave asap so that they save their lives of waiting for the case to get over which mit take years.... Certain things are definately not in the hands of the consulate..... specially if its of our country INDIA !!! :(
