I am thankful to Qatar Duty Free for tracing my complaint and attending to it. I received an email from QDF yesterday morning which was followed by a call inviting me to visit them at their offices on the Airport Road. At their offices I was received warmly and my complaint was attended to in a professional manner.
Their Manager and staff reassured me of their commitment to customer service & satisfaction ensuring customer loyalty. Though I never thought of being dissatisfied with QDF for this rare instance of bad product but YES I continue to remain their loyal customer and will continue to enjoy shopping at QDF.
