If it's from an Islamic perspective only, then yes I do see many women wearing what they have assumed to be the correct hijab but what is not in accordance to the Quran and authentic narrations of the Prophet's.
Perhaps they are ignorant,or they are not yet ready to adorn the full hijab, or perhaps they are not really doing it for the sake of Islam but for cultural reasons, etc. And last but not least perhaps they are not even Muslims and simply wearing hijab as a fad(has anyone seen the non Muslim hijabis on you tube?).
Either ways until and unless I find out I'd reserve my comments.Even then I'd rather not talk about them to others but I'll tell the women in question themselves. A person like me is the last person to judge a woman by how she dresses. Less than ten years ago you'd have not been able to tell my faith dressed the way I was Astaghfirullah. As a Muslimah knowing what I was and how my transition took place, Praise be to God, I would never judge another woman. Guidance belongs to God as does judgement. Perhaps these women may not be dressed according to the Quran and Sunnah, but due to them never gossiping, slandering backbiting etc they maybe better than a niqabi who thinks nothing about spreading calumnies and gossip whilst assuming she's most pious simply for wearing the correct hijab.
