flor, it is called a social contract between employer and employee, of course I am dedicated, when did I say I was not but equally is my employer dedicated towards me. I have seen many an expat (from all over the globe) after giving years of service just summarily dismissed for no reason and made to leave(and denied an NOC, again for no reason so they can't even get another job here). Where is their dedication towards them, they just want you to go away quietly and make no fuss - does this seem fair to you?
