The problem that you have is that the schools don't want to take a child that will require extra attention to even understand the lessons. This is because the teacher will inevitably spend more time on your child than the other children. parents spend an awful lot of money sending their children to good schools here and they don't want to find that their child is being short changed because the teacher has to spend a disproportionate time on one child due to inherent learning difficulties - ie cannot understand the lessons very well.

Get your child into another school and get extra coaching for your child until he is up to speed in English and then apply again
