there was another couple who stayed in the ground floor they also had this same argument with landloard and they ended up loosing there deposite because of this tricky contract as they made all of us sign an additional letter at the time of making contract agreeing to the above conditions and the worst part is the new pople who came downstairs ended up paying 150 riyals extra than the previous couple and because of this the company is increassing the rent for all of us
