timebandit, I think you should try some real bread...a. it tastes better (IMHO), b. it is better for your health (belly girth just being one )
If I may, I'd like to suggest you go to Spinney's and try their fresh baked "vita health", "walnut" and there are a few more to try.
They are not great for toasting, but taste very good fresh.
