Chill guys, I appriciate all your concerns. To make it simple after telling my story I just want to know only if it is possible that the company will not grant my resignation. And assuming that they will not accept, what should I do so?
 
Note:
-I work in the company frm July 2010 to present
-I pay my own plane ticket coming here in Qatar
-I have my own working Visa which they transfered to the company
-I have my ticket now going back to my country
