@flor1212 - There are no degrees of guilt. The test is 'beyond reasonable doubt'. Either someone is guilty or they aren't, it's as simple as that. There's no 'Oh he's 100% guilty because we saw him', it doesn't work like that.
Besides, even when in front of their own eyes, different people see different things.
