perfectly said. I also don't see cop cars around. I believe their needs to be more police patrol on the roads on every street their needs to be traffic control, cops watching if a person stops enough on the stop sign, and signals when changing lanes or turning. cameras and radars can't control people it takes other people specifically authority to do that.
