errr - if she was in line at passport control and  accused of queue jumping she would not have been standing next to someone from the UK or EU. For your information, there are separate queues for passport holders from the UK (also EU passport holders join this queue) -   there are not the same checks at passport control as say someone from US or other non EU countries - these queues always take longer
