If ever she will resign and will come back here in Doha after 2 yrs. can she get another visa (from new employer)? how about her old qadama visa, it will no longer be existed on her file?

Or if ever she will ask her employer to cancel her visa and give her NOC and then she will comeback again here in Doha with the same company & employer, does the same company can get her new working visa?
