OK, I'm confused, too. You say your husband already has a visa. Are you sponsoring him? Even so, if he gets a job, as a male, he must transfer to his employer's sponsorship (unlike a wife who works.) If he has a business visa and isn't working for his sponsor that can be considered illegal. Once again, it can be very hard for an employer to get a visa for a Nigerian worker. If you think that's discriminatory, try being a Palestinian! Unfortunately, Qatar does discriminate by nationality, just like Canada. Some nationalites can get visas on arrival to Canada - like Americans and EU members - others must apply and hope.
