Both of you can get on arrival visa in UAE as you are Qatari resident permit holders. Even your wife is Pakistani passport holder but she is Qatar resident. But make sure both of your Qatari RP should valid 3-6 months for bording in Doha airport to UAE for on arrival visa in UAE. Other option you can approch any airline office like Air Arabia, Fly Dubai or Etihad for pre arranged visa and you have book the flight tickets through them.
