In such cases, Qatar should not claim, this is a 'HIV free' country !! I guess I am right !! !!!

Thank you all for all your comments. I myself being an expat this is what I wanted to hear .I agree with "britexpat" that we all need to take a reality pill.

 I guess we all know that HIV does not spread only by s**ual interc**rse , but also by many other ways.

So if Qatar wants to claim to be a HIV free country, this is not enough. Its like any other country we are living in.
