My perspective on the career fair that it's an expansive shiny facade by local businesses to show TPTB that they are on track the Qatarization scheme
While it does well in recruiting new graduates & gives advice on available scholarship to students , it doesn't really address the real challenge which is disguised unemployment in government entities & giving a second chance for early retirees
