I'm not sure what u mean about the "are you serious" but if I understand you correctly.. yes.. since the U.S is not a Muslim country.. sometimes a while after the mosque is built a bar opens down the street.. I don't think anybody can object to that.. unless the bar is really disrupting to the community in that area... Muslim can't control who opens what.. actually nobdoy does unless it's the city.. and the business is not disruptive or have any problems with the community!
