We rode a karwa and asked him to turn on the meter, He replied that the taxi is for rental and he asked for a 15 riyals instead, We find it so expensive and asked why?? If you are for rental thus this gave you the authority to turn off the meter and asked the passenger as much as you can?? so we decided to go down and complain it to the dispatcher only to find out that their is also one indian having the same problem us ours and complained also to the dispatcher whi doesnt do anything... and another taxi driver came and the same story He does not any passenger to matar qadeem because they find it too near and does not have any profit at all...
What kind of Taxi driver is this???? Thus Karwa allow this kind of system????
