I already have a Philippines Drivers License and would like to have a Qatar Drivers License. How can I get one? Is there a need for me to take a full course? Can you send me details, requirements and course fees? Do you also have a pick-up/drop off service? I live in the Najma area near the Crazy Traffic Signal.
