I personally used to work in very different counties, in different field. And hey, there were no any "sponsorship" systems over there...i used to have both males and females bosses.. out of endless number of bosses, I trully respected and liked..only 2, one female and one male. Bosses have nothing to do with the sponsorship system.. silly to assume so..
