May be i would..may be not...the point being you calling the project grotesque...what for? Just coz the person is not from some official "news" channel or something? I was merely trying to point out that such things have been done before..its called reporting..clearly mentioned by the OP to voice out the concerns of there being the need for safety measures on that road..which i agree with.
