The finishing and the decoration are horrendous. It was a disaster project that failed to meet international standards and the original company (German) had to abandon it and posted a declaration on line that they in no ways have anything to do with the project.
I did visit it and was shocked by what I saw.
It looks nice only at a certain distance, once you approach the building, you'll start detecting the crap quality of its external wall panels. The low standard will be seen from the lobby, lifts all the way to the main corridors (jail / hospital alike) and finally the substandard furnishing and interior finishing.
This place would never be licensed to operate in a 1st world country for safety reasons. To entry some units, you need to close the door for the hall, in order to open the door of the unit - an enormous safety hazardous. If you go there you'll see what I mean!
The project was quickly finished with the owners’ (non qualified rich folk) choice of interiors and overall his enormous pressure, cutting corners (sadly on display now), just to show a very bad "finished" building during the Asian Games 2006.
I would not recommend, but go there and see it and if it suits your standards, good luck.
