It is good enough that they dont smoke in Offices and public buildings. Smoking in such a huge open area near to a big sea doesn't harm any body. You have to think of the smoke coming out from the Gas refineries all around Qatar. What do you think the amount of dangerous smoke coming out of it. Should they stop it also????? If they will stop that smoke, none of us will be here in Qatar....
