timing belt, for all i know, should be replaced on or before 200,000 mileage. other stuff, depends on your use. if you can afford it, do change oil/filter/transmission oil/greasing of joints every month. maximum once every 3 months if you can't afford. brake pads, once in 3 months, depends on the usage also.
