According to a friend who works as a social worker in one of the government's boys schools , they receive enormous cases of bullying, molestation, gang rapes, glue sniffing addiction & chewing tobacco addiction that's beyond their control. Unlike other societies , social workers here try to avoid involving the parents as much as they can. As there is no proper education or awareness in dealing with those disorders within the local community
