thru a number of question raised. But nobody dared to answers but concentrated in maligning the purpose. I forgot the idea actually but after they implemented the new unilateral rule of "members only", it gave a new reason to ask for one!

BTW, tatess, regarding the car transfer in the other thread, QI made the best post. No need to transfer the insurance. He mentioned everything you need to prepare. It will just cost you 10 riyals for the form and the actual fee for transfer of registration. Go there after luch and few people are inside.
