so there will be options and avoid monopoly. The forum admins can appoint UNBIASED manger who will allow anybody who wants to participate but will have a strong power to moderate (delete or banned unwanted postings, but following the guidelines of warning first second, third and then banning if repeatedly done). That's the essence of the existing guidelines!
