....A couple of local TV shows have been recently warning carers of wild animals they would be penalized by virtue of the pertinent law. They particularly discussed Cheetah, leopard and snake carers taking their "pets" out on the streets for a show.
A woman plead on TV that while she stopped her car for the red light, the guy in the passenger seat of the next car waved his thick snake at her and the passengers sitting at the back, as if he were to throw it at them.
She should've reported them, but she didn't. She probably is not well informed about her legal rights.
Note: there is more than one Cheetah carer in Qatar. (I haven't seen any on the street, yet)
